Woodland Trail Series
The Woodland Trail Series, hosted by Tri-Valley Front Runners, is a popular trail running event held at West Hill Dam in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. Celebrating its 27th year, the series features three races on well-marked courses through mostly wooded single and double track trails, with some gravel and paved roads. Distances vary each month: 5 miles in June, 4.6 miles in July, and 3.2 miles in August, each offering unique routes showcasing the natural beauty of West Hill.
The event limits participation to 125 runners per race, prohibits dogs and strollers, and includes water stations and post-race refreshments, including a BBQ after the August race. Proceeds support local food pantries. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
