Event overview
The Worlds End Ultramarathon takes place in Forksville, Pennsylvania, on May 30, 2026. The event offers two single-loop trail ultramarathon options:

Course and race logistics
Both courses run on rugged, scenic single-track and double-track trails in Loyalsock State Forest and Worlds End State Park on the Loyalsock Trail in the Endless Mountains. The 100k is approximately 12,000 feet of elevation gain and the 50k about 5,800 feet. The routes include waterfalls, named overlooks and vistas, rock formations, narrow gorges, and pond scenery; some sections are remote and technical. The 100k has 13 aid stations, four crew-accessible aid stations, three pacer exchange locations, and a 19-hour cutoff. The 50k has six aid stations, no crew access, no pacers permitted, and a 12-hour cutoff. The 100k is part of the Pennsylvania Triple Crown of Mountain Running series.
