Xterra Ex2

The XTERRA EX2 is an off-road triathlon and duathlon event held annually at Rocky Gap State Park in Flintstone, Maryland. The 21st edition features a full-distance triathlon with a 0.75-mile swim in a mountain lake, a 13-mile mountain bike course with lakeside singletrack, fire roads, grassy sections, and rock gardens, followed by a 5.5-mile trail run over rooty trails and varied terrain. The duathlon includes a 2.7-mile trail run, the same bike course, and a 5.5-mile run.
