Course, logistics and policies
The course follows the High Lake Trail and Ruins Trail inside Sweetwater Creek State Park. The route is marked with ribbon and a GPX file is available for planning. Packet pickup is held at the park group shelter. The event is cupless; a reusable cup is required for hot and other drinks. The aid station follows a 7-11 theme and is stocked with hot dogs, pixie sticks, honey buns, crackers and chips, and water and electrolyte drinks. Athletes with disabilities must be able to run the course; tethers and leg prosthetics may be used, and crutches, braces or poles may be allowed with race director approval. The course is not suitable for wheelchairs. The organizer does not offer refunds, deferrals, or transfers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
