About the race
Located at Pierce Park in Appleton, Wisconsin, the YMCA Freaky 5K & Mini Monster Dash offers multiple ways to participate: a 5K Adult, a 5K Youth, and a Mini Monster Dash (1/2 mile), plus an Adult/Youth 5K option that can be completed virtually. The course winds along the Fox River with autumn scenery and is dog-friendly. A costume contest adds a playful twist, with awards for most creative, scariest, and child or dog costumes.
All participants receive a Freaky 5K T‑shirt (registered by 10/10), a finishers medal, chip timing, and refreshments. Packet pickup is at the YMCA and Pierce Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
