The Medal Madness event takes place on December 13, 2025, at Callaway Recreational Complex, 500 Callaway Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404, US. The event offers the following distances:

All participants must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. Both the 5K and 10K have a maximum time limit of 2:00 hours. Finisher medals will be provided. A shirt and gear shop and a best-costume feature are listed as part of the event. The race is organized by US Road Running and includes series points and awards.
Course and format
The course is described as an out-and-back route. A base segment is shown as 0.78 miles; an out-and-back measures 1.56 miles.
