10k at Green Hills County Park

The Medal Madness 5K & 10K at Green Hills County Park in Raleigh, NC, is a concrete out-and-back course held at 9300 Deponie Dr. The 5K runners complete the course twice, while the 10K participants run it four times, with a two-hour time limit for both distances.
