Event
The 9th Annual 5K For Hope takes place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Rio Vista Community Park, 8866 W Thunderbird Rd, Peoria, AZ 85381. The event is presented by Families Raising Hope and managed by StartLine Racing. Its purpose is fundraising to provide financial support to Arizona families affected by cancer.

Registration options include in-person, mail-in (accepted until November 10, 2025), and a virtual entry restricted to US addresses. Race day registration and packet pickup are available; checks are not accepted on race day, but cash and credit cards are. Race day entry fees are listed as $50 for the 5K and $40 for the 1 Mile. All finishers receive a custom event medal and a custom Dri-Fit shirt (option to decline shirt for a $5 reduction). The 5K is chip timed with real-time results and event photos available online and via mobile apps. Age-group awards are given to the top three in each category (age groups range from 8 & under to 80 & over). Strollers, wagons, and wheelchairs are welcome but must start at the back; bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, and motorized devices are not allowed.
