9-11 Memorial Fun Run

The 9-11 Memorial Fun Run/Walk takes place at the Jackson Township Fire Station in Helmsburg, near Nashville, Indiana (4831 Helmsburg Road), where the start and finish are located. Hosted by the Jackson Township Fire Department, it offers two race options: a 5K and a 9.11K, both out-and-back courses along Lick Creek Road. The 5K turns around at Dunaway, the 9.11K at Cottonwood Church.

Check-in on race day is 7:00–8:30 a.m., with on-site registration and a guaranteed event shirt for registrations received by August 8. Finisher medals are awarded to all, with podium prizes for overall male/female winners, top youth (14 and under), and a “Top Dog.” Fox Timing handles the timing.
