Hoosiers Outrun Cancer

Hoosiers Outrun Cancer is one of Indiana's oldest and largest 5K run/walk events, held in Bloomington on the Indiana University campus. The race offers multiple distances including a 5K Run/Walk, 1 Mile Run/Walk, Spirit Run/Walk (virtual option), and a new HOC Double Play combining both the 1 Mile and 5K.
