9/11 Heroes Run - New York City

The 9/11 Heroes Run - New York City takes place at Randall’s Island Park and offers a 5K Run as well as a 5K Ruck. The course honors the heroes of September 11 and those who answered the call in the wars that followed. Runners of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to participate as walkers, runners, or ruckers, contributing to a memorial atmosphere that emphasizes remembrance and service.

For 2025, participants receive a commemorative shirt; 5K Ruck participants get a patch; volunteers also receive a shirt.
