Anadel Speaks Hope In Motion 5K

Anadel Speaks presents the Hope in Motion 5K at Bachman Lake Park in Dallas, Texas (3500 W Northwest Hwy, 75220). The event offers a live Hope In Motion 5K and a Virtual 5K, with proceeds supporting the Anadel Speaks Foundation’s work to heal and reintegrate children who have suffered abuse and fund a safe shelter in Africa. The flat, scenic course loops around the 205-acre Bachman Lake on a paved 3–3.5 mile path, suitable for runners and walkers alike.
