About the race
The 2025 Anxious for Nothing 5K Color Run in Bedford, Virginia, takes place at Falling Creek Park (1257 County Farm Rd). This 5K color run/walk invites participants of all ages to line up dressed in white, then dash through multiple color stations where volunteers shower them with blue, pink, yellow, and green powder, turning the course into a living rainbow.
