Apple Festival 5K

The Apple Festival 5K, held in Ellijay, Georgia, is one of the state's longest-running 5K events and marks the start of the Georgia Apple Festival. The race features a 5K, a fun run, and a virtual 5K option. The course is a double loop through downtown Ellijay and Old Highway 5, finishing on McCutchen Street.

Participants receive unique awards across various age groups and categories. Shirts are guaranteed for early registrants, and refreshments are provided post-race. The event is part of the Black Bag and Clover Glove Race Series, with both in-person and virtual runners earning points.
