The Dam Good Run is an annual trail running event held at Lake Pleasant Regional Park in Morristown, Arizona. It offers multiple distances including 40K, 26K, 13K, 4-mile, and 2-mile races, catering to all levels of runners. A unique feature is the chance to run across the New Waddell Dam early in the race, except for the 2-mile course which stays along the shoreline.

The longer courses traverse scenic single-track trails with desert vegetation, lake views, and wildlife such as wild burros. The 40K "Dam Insane" course includes a climb to Yavapai Point and a short raft crossing of Pipeline Cove. The event emphasizes environmental responsibility with cupless aid stations and offers well-stocked aid stations, race perks, and a festive atmosphere.
