Avon 5K Run/Walk

The 2025 Avon 5K Run/Walk is set to take place in Avon By The Sea, NJ, featuring a scenic, flat course along the seaside. Participants can choose between the 5K run/walk and a wheelchair race. The event includes water stops and mile markers, with shirts guaranteed for the first 1,500 registrants.

All runners will be entered into a post-race raffle, with prizes including beach badges. Proceeds from the event support the Avon Volunteer First Aid Squad, which has been providing emergency services since 1931.
