Avon 5K Run/Walk

The 2025 Avon 5K Run/Walk is set to take place in Avon By The Sea, NJ, featuring a scenic, flat, and partially shaded course along the seaside. Participants can choose between the 5K run/walk and a wheelchair race. The event includes water stops and clocks at each mile, with shirts guaranteed for the first 1,500 registered runners.

All proceeds benefit the Avon Volunteer First Aid Squad, a non-profit organization providing emergency medical services since 1931. Runners will also have a chance to win raffle prizes, including beach badges. Bib and shirt pick-up is available on designated days leading up to the event.
