About the race
AZT Oracle Rumble is an endurance trail event near Oracle, Arizona, just north of Tucson on the Santa Catalina Mountains. Distances include 50 Miles and 50K ultras, plus a Half-Marathon, 12K, and 5K (all on Oracle State Park trails and AZT sections). The mostly single-track course rolls through stunning desert and mountain scenery, offering a demanding, scenic challenge.
Special features include a cupless policy with optional HydraPak SpeedCup to reduce waste, medals for every finisher, and prizes for top finishers. Time cutoffs apply to the Half-Marathon and 12K; the 5K has no cutoff. Presented by Summit Hut and the Arizona Trail Association. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
