Event overview
The AZT Oracle Rumble is a trail running event near Oracle, Arizona, on the north side of the Santa Catalina Mountains, near Tucson. The course runs mostly on singletrack through Oracle State Park and on remote sections of the Arizona National Scenic Trail. The terrain is constantly rolling with frequent climbs and descents. The event takes place on the ancestral lands of the Tohono O'odham and Ndee (Western Apache).
This event is organized by the Arizona Trail Association with local trail-running organizers and volunteers. Aid stations are provided along the course. The event is cupless: all participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own bottle or reusable cup. A collapsible 200 ml HydraPak SpeedCup is available for purchase.

The half-marathon and 12K have time cutoffs. The 5K will have no time cutoff. Registration benefits the Arizona Trail Association and supports maintenance of the Arizona Trail. Registration fees include aid station support, a race shirt, a finisher medal for every finisher, and prizes for top finishers. Refunds are not available; registrants who contact the organizers at least two weeks before the event may apply 75% of their registration fee as credit toward a future Arizona Trail Endurance Series event.
