B the One Run

BIGGBY COFFEE B the One Walk/Run takes place in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on October 5, 2025. The 5K course runs along Millennium Park, beginning and ending at the Grant Pavilion (1400 Maynard Ave SW). The event fosters mental health awareness and suicide prevention, benefiting iUnderstand Love Heals.

It welcomes runners and casual walkers of all ages and abilities—families, kids, strollers, and dogs—and emphasizes a supportive, inclusive atmosphere with a race bib, event T-shirt, a participation medal, and a goodie bag for all. Awards go to top finishers by age group; virtual participation is available but not eligible for awards. This is the fifth annual edition.
