Midwest Everest

Midwest Everest is a challenging ultramarathon event held at Cannonsburg Ski Hill in Belmont, Michigan. Featuring a 100-mile race with over 30,000 feet of elevation gain and loss, it is considered the toughest 100-mile run in West Michigan. The course includes numerous "everesting" loops up and down ski runs, combined with additional trail loops to vary the terrain.

The event also offers a 50-mile race, a 10K sunset run, and a 20K sunrise run over two days. Runners must bring headlamps for night sections. Finishers receive unique awards, and aid stations provide diverse food options.
