About the race
Litehouse Family YMCA Turkey Trot 5k is a loop race held at the Wittenbach Wege Center in Lowell, Michigan. The course runs through wooded trails on the center’s grounds, covering a 5-kilometer loop suitable for runners and walkers alike. The event welcomes children 6 and older who have trained for a 5k, and also accommodates walkers; strollers and pets are not recommended.
Proceeds fund scholarships for the Litehouse Family YMCA. Participants who register by October 24 are guaranteed a T-shirt. The race is organized by the Litehouse Family YMCA and takes place on a fall weekend.
