Badass Human Race : El Paso
The Badass Human Race is scheduled for Sunday, May 17, 2026, in downtown El Paso at 401 N. Mesa, El Paso, TX 79901. The event is an urban obstacle challenge that is open to ages 16 and older. The organizer expects more than 3,500 participants and about 2,000 spectators.
Course and event features
The course is a 3 mile downtown route with more than 15 signature obstacles. Obstacles listed include shipping container climbs, cold plunges, urban sprints, and team zones. The event uses wave starts every 10 minutes; each listed wave shows 130 spots available and registration opens September 17, 2025. On-site features include finisher medals, a recovery zone, hydration tents, sponsor giveaways, live music and DJs, high-intensity cheer zones, food trucks, a finish line celebration, and designated VIP and team zones.
