Bare Buns 5K

29th Annual Bare Buns 5K is a clothing-optional 5K run/walk at Star Ranch in McDade, Texas, about 30 minutes east of Austin. The course starts with roughly 3K winding through woodlands and pastures, then finishes with a 2K stretch along sand and gravel paths past cabins and cottages, ending at the resort’s pool where a light meal is served. The event offers a unique, friendly atmosphere where participants wear as much or as little as they like.

Limited to 200 participants, it’s part of the A.A.N.R. Southwest Nude Racing Series and requires pre-registration and background checks to ensure safety. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
