Bear Country 10k

The Bear Country 10k & 5k are family-friendly races held in Brevard, North Carolina, starting and finishing at Oskar Blues Brewery. The scenic courses run along the Brevard greenway, offering beautiful mountain views. The event also features a 1k Kids Cub Crawl for children 12 and under.

Participants receive a wooden finisher medal, commemorative race shirt, chip timing, and an Oskar Blues beer, with options for non-alcoholic beverages. Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome. A portion of proceeds supports Mountain Roots, a nonprofit promoting outdoor education for youth.
