Bears Ears Marathon
The Bears Ears Marathon and Half Marathon take place in Blanding, Utah, near the Bears Ears National Monument. The event features a USATF-certified, ultra-fast point-to-point course with marathon (26.2 miles) and half marathon (13.1 miles) distances. Starting at 6,100 feet elevation in Blanding, the course descends over 1,700 feet along Highway 191 through scenic San Juan County, finishing in Bluff, Utah.
Known as a Boston Qualifier, the race offers runners a chance to achieve personal records on one of the fastest courses in the Four Corners region.
