Event overview
The Beaufort Twilight Run is an annual running festival held on March 28, 2026 in Beaufort, SC (13 Market, 29906). The event is USATF sanctioned and several competitive courses are chip-timed. The festival includes a prize purse of more than $6,000 and age group awards in the 10 Mile, 8K, 5K Run and the 13.1 Challenge. After the races there are food trucks and live music.

The Kid's 1/4 Mile is open to ages 7 and under. The Youth 1 Mile is open to ages 3 to 14. Registration for the events opens October 4, 2025 at 12:00am EDT. Participants may enter the 13.1 Challenge by running both the 5K and the 10 Mile events. For those in the 10 Mile or the Beaufort Challenge, the first loop must be completed within 1 hour to begin the second loop; neighborhood streets are scheduled to reopen by 7:30pm.
