Beef & Eggs 5K

The Beef & Eggs 5K, held annually in Brookings, South Dakota, is known as the state's fastest 5K race and attracts top collegiate and regional runners while welcoming participants of all ages and abilities. Now in its 18th year, it also serves as the USATF Dakotas Association 5K Road Race Championships. The USATF-certified course is shaded and well-marked, winding through downtown and residential areas, passing landmarks like Pioneer Park and Hillcrest Park.
