Big River Adventure

The Big River Adventure is an annual fundraising event held at Big River State Park in Mendocino, California. Celebrating its 25th year in 2025, this unique event offers participants multiple ways to engage with the scenic Big River environment, including a 5K and 10K run, a 5K fun walk, a swim, a paddle, and a kiddie race for ages 2-5. The courses start at the Big River boat launch, with runners following the haul road east to designated turnarounds, while swimmers and paddlers head east up the river.
