Binghamton Ugly Sweater 5K : event overview
The Binghamton Ugly Sweater 5K takes place on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Otsiningo Park in Binghamton, New York. The event is organized by Willow Running USA and is held for the third year. In-person and virtual options are offered, including in-person team choices of Team Santa and Team Grinch and corresponding virtual events.
Awards are given to Overall and Masters winners (male and female) and to age group winners. The event includes an Ugly Sweater contest with prizes for categories labeled Ugliest, Most Unique, and Classic Ugly Sweater. Post-race refreshments provided for finishers include Christmas cookies and hot chocolate. The race benefits Team Hopeful, a local nonprofit working with Pawlandias to create a doggy daycare that will employ people with special needs.
