Black Friday Relays

The Black Friday Relays in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is a Salem Lake Trail event held at 815 Salem Lake Road. It offers three relay formats totaling 20K (4-person teams), 15K (3-person teams), and 10K (2-person teams). Each leg is an out-and-back 5K, creating a fast, community-focused trail atmosphere.

Runners receive tri-blend short-sleeve shirts guaranteed through October, and the race is part of the Big 4 Trail Race Series. A Running Shoe Collection benefits Sneakers4Good, with donations also supporting the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Winston-Salem and Winston-Salem Street School.
