Black Men's Wellness Day 5k - Norman

Black Men's Wellness Day 5k & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk takes place at Legacy Park, 1898 Legacy Park Drive, Norman, OK, on September 13, 2025. Norman’s first annual event pairs a 5K and a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk with a broader Wellness Day, organized in partnership with Oklahoma Race Company and the Black Men's Wellness Day team. Billed as a movement to address health disparities and promote community wellness, the event invites everyone to participate.

Race participants receive a custom bib, a finisher medal, and access to the wellness day clinic and activities. Proceeds support the Norman chapter of the African American Male Wellness Agency.
