Little Red Heart 5K

Little Red Heart 5K in Oklahoma City is held at Stars and Stripes Park (3701 S. Lake Hefner Dr.). The event offers a 5K Run, a 1 Mile Walk, plus a Virtual option and Social Ticket.

Proceeds support LifeShare of Oklahoma to promote organ and tissue donation. The course is a USATF-certified 5K with start and finish near the Eisenhower Flag Plaza. Participants receive a medal, bib, and a t-shirt; social tickets include a shirt; virtual participants receive a shirt and medal by mail.
