Event
The 9th Annual Bobcats Turkey Trot is a community 5K held on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Beaver, PA (777 Corporation St., 15009). The event is organized by the Beaver Bobcats Girls Basketball program and offers two options: a chip-timed Run/Walk and an untimed Fun Run/Walk. Timing is provided by Wolf Creek Race Management. The course follows streets in Beaver along the Ohio River, with streets remaining open to traffic. The route will be marked with signs and staffed by volunteers. A water station is located at the halfway point.
Logistics
Entry fees are $30 per runner through November 8 (early registration) and $35 per runner after that date. An adult or youth moisture-wicking technical shirt is guaranteed for registrations completed by November 8; shirts are not guaranteed for later registrations. Packet pickup is scheduled for Wednesday, November 26 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Beaver Area High School (use the auditorium entrance); same-day pickup is available if needed. Award and age-group details are to be announced. Registered participants receive a referral code; when five or more people register using that code, the original payer receives a $15 refund credit to the card used for registration.
