The East Palestine Turkey Trot is a road 5K held on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2025, in East Palestine, Ohio. The event is sponsored by the East Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce and is located at 31 Park Ave., East Palestine, OH 44413. The listed entry price for the 5K is $29.
Registration, items and awards
Participant registration includes a t-shirt, bib number, a commemorative medal and a swag bag for registrations completed by October 31. Registrations after November 1 do not include a t-shirt, swag bag or medal. A long sleeve shirt is offered for an additional $8; participants receive either a short sleeve or a long sleeve shirt, not both. Early packet pickup is scheduled at the East Palestine Community Center as a drive-thru near the basketball courts and children's playground, and race day packet pickup and registration will also take place at the same community center. Cash prizes are listed as $100 for first place male and female overall, and $10 for first place male and female in each listed age group. All awards will be mailed after the race.
