East Palestine Turkey Trot

The East Palestine Turkey Trot 5K is an annual Thanksgiving morning running event held in East Palestine, Ohio. Sponsored by the East Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce, the race offers participants the option to run or walk a 5K course starting near 31 Park Avenue. Registrants receive a t-shirt or optional long sleeve shirt, a bib number, a commemorative medal with a sublimated ribbon, and a swag bag if registered by early November.

The event features cash prizes for overall winners and age group categories. Packet pickup is available before race day at the East Palestine Community Center. In case of cancellation, the race will transition to a virtual format. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
