The 5k and 10k use chip timing with live results and awards. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash are untimed; the kid’s dash is for ages 10 and under and includes a youth-sized shirt and a kid-specific medal. 5k/10k registration includes a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal; 1 Mile registration includes a custom bib, shirt, and medal. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping; packets for virtual entries ship the Wednesday after the race. Age-group awards for the 5k/10k include overall male/female, masters (40+), and top-three male/female in age brackets from 10 & under through 80+. Bodies Race Company has a no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather and will cancel only if the venue requires it or if there are ice hazards, with participants transferred to the virtual option if cancellation occurs.
