Timed events use chip timing with live results and awards. Registration for timed distances includes a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a custom finisher medal; the 1 Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed and include a bib, shirt, and medal but do not qualify for age group awards. Age group awards are offered for the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon with overall and masters (40+) categories and top-three awards in standard age brackets up to 80+. Packet pickup is available on race day. Course maps and parking information are provided; the course is subject to change due to permits or other restrictions.
There is a virtual option that allows participants to run any day at a location of their choice. Virtual registration includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping; virtual packets are mailed the Wednesday after the race and participants may upload times and photos. The organizer has a no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather and will only cancel or convert entrants to virtual if the venue requires it or if ice hazards exist.
