Entries, awards and event policies
Standard in-person registration items include a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, chip timing with live results for timed events, free photos, and Kona Ice at the finish line. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash are untimed; the kid's dash includes a youth-sized shirt and a mini bib. The virtual registration includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping; virtual participants may run any day at a location of their choice and can upload times and photos.
Age group awards apply to the 5K, 10K, and 15K with overall and masters (40+) categories and top-three awards across standard age brackets. Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and are not eligible for age group awards. Packet pickup is available on race day. Events are organized by Bodies Race Company, which operates a no-refund policy and will transfer participants to virtual if a venue-required cancellation occurs.
