Bridge Burner Ultra
The Bridge Burner Ultra is a scenic trail running event held in Canon City, Colorado, known as "The Climate Capital of Colorado." The race features multiple distances including a 35-mile loop, 50K, 35K, and 10K. The course begins along the Arkansas River, passing through historic granite tunnels on Tunnel Drive, then ascends to 7,109 feet, offering panoramic views of the Royal Gorge, Sangre de Cristo Mountains, and Pikes Peak. Runners traverse pristine singletrack trails in Royal Gorge Mountain Park, cross the highest bridge in the United States, and descend through Temple Canyon.
