The Brule 2 & 5 Miler takes place on Sunday, August 9, 2026, in Brule, WI 54820. The 5-Miler is organized by the Brule River Lions Club. Registration opens May 19, 2026. Entry fee for each event is $15.
- 5 Miler - begins on Afterhours Road, continues through ski trails in Brule Forest.
- 2 Miler - out-and-back on Afterhours Road; walk/run; allows well-behaved leashed dogs.
Course and location
The start location is the Afterhours Ski Trail Parking entrance, one mile west of Brule on US Highway 2. The 5-Miler begins on the Afterhours Road, which is a hard-packed gravel road for about 2 miles, then continues through ski trails in the Brule Forest. The 2-Miler is an out-and-back on the Afterhours Road and is described for youth, families, and well-behaved leashed dogs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
