California Fall Classic at Lake Sonoma
The California Fall Classic at Lake Sonoma, held in Healdsburg, CA, offers two challenging ultramarathon distances: 100K and 55K. Set against the stunning backdrop of wine country during harvest season, the courses feature relentless single-track trails with majestic views of Lake Sonoma. The 100K serves as a qualifier for the Western States Endurance Run with an 18-hour cutoff, while the 55K is ideal for first-time ultra runners.
Both races provide generous aid stations spaced no more than seven miles apart to support participants. The event weekend includes on-site camping, live music, and local food and wine, creating a vibrant community atmosphere. Proceeds benefit the Children of Vineyard Workers Scholarship Fund.
