Event overview
Campwannarun is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Bald Eagle Recreational Area near Bald Eagle Lake in White Bear Township, Minnesota. The event offers three certified race distances around the lake:
- 5k (3.1 miles)
- 11k (6.83 miles)
- 1/2 marathon (13.1 miles)
The half marathon course is certified and is described by the organizer as a training run for spring marathons and as a way to establish an early corral placement for the Twin Cities Marathon. The course maps are made available by the organizer.
Race features
All ages and abilities are welcome. The race fee may include a pancake breakfast, weather permitting. Aid stations are placed approximately every 1.5 miles. Portable toilets are located at four spots on the half marathon course, two on the 11k, and one on the 5k. A professional photographer will be on site at no additional cost. All finishers receive a custom molded medal. Awards are given to the top overall male and female and to the top three male and female in listed age groups; overall winners are not eligible for age group awards. The event offers a 10% military discount and provides official results through the listed results provider.
