On-site registration items include a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal for 5k and 12k entrants; the 1 Mile is untimed and includes a bib, shirt, and medal. The Kids Dash is untimed for children 10 and under and includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a kids' dash medal. Chip timing, live results, awards, free photos, and finish-line treats are provided for timed events.
Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled for December 5, 2025 at 6425 Avondale Dr, Nichols Hills, OK 73116; race-day pickup is also available. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping; virtual packets ship the Wednesday after the race and participants may upload times and photos beginning the day of the event. Age-group awards apply to the 5k and 12k with overall and masters categories and multiple age brackets; the Kids Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards. The event supports Toys for Tots with donations of new, unwrapped toys. The organizer has a no-refund policy and will transfer entries to virtual only if the venue requires cancellation or there are ice hazards.
