Logistics and race features
Packet pickup is offered on Thursday, November 6 and Friday, November 7. Registered participants receive a race shirt (guaranteed for registrations by October 24), a custom bib, and a specialty medal. Timing is provided by Oklahoma Race Company. There will be one hydration station on course, snacks at the finish, and specialty age-group awards. A finish line celebration will take place on the playground.
The event raises funds for Victory Family School projects, including classroom furniture and technology, curriculum supplies, enrichment programs, and a new building project. Participants may attribute their registration or donations to a specific VFS student by using the "on behalf of" field (one student name per registration).
