Cape Fear Haunted Wine Run 5k

Cape Fear Haunted Wine Run 5k is a Halloween-themed running or walking event at Cape Fear Vineyard & Winery in Elizabethtown, North Carolina. The chip-timed 5K features a two-lap course starting and finishing at the winery, with a scenic route through Greene’s Lake Conservation Park.
