Cape Fear Haunted Wine Run 5k
The Cape Fear Haunted Wine Run 5k is a Halloween-themed running and walking event held at Cape Fear Vineyard & Winery in Elizabethtown, North Carolina. The race features a scenic two-lap course through Greene’s Lake Conservation Park, starting and finishing at the winery. Participants receive a super soft cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a wine glass-shaped finisher medal, and a pour of wine at the finish.
The event welcomes all ages, including minors (with adjusted perks), and allows walking and strollers. Age group awards are given in 10-year categories. The venue offers additional amenities such as a restaurant, spa, lodging, and a zoological area.
