Cape Fear Haunted Wine Run 5k

The Cape Fear Haunted Wine Run 5k is a Halloween-themed running and walking event held at the scenic Cape Fear Vineyard & Winery in Elizabethtown, North Carolina. Scheduled for October 25, 2025, the race features a two-lap, chip-timed 5k course through Greene’s Lake Conservation Park, starting and finishing at the winery. Participants enjoy a festive atmosphere with race swag including a super soft cotton t-shirt, a collapsible wine glass, a wine glass-shaped finisher medal, and a pour of wine for those 21 and older.
