The Capitol Hill Classic is an annual running event held in Washington, DC, featuring a USATF-certified 10K, a 3K, and a Kids' Fun Run. The race starts at Peabody Primary School near the US Capitol and showcases a scenic course through Capitol Hill, passing landmarks such as Stanton Park, the Capitol, the Supreme Court, the Library of Congress, Lincoln Park, RFK Stadium campus, and the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail. The 3K route heads to East Capitol Street and Lincoln Park, while the Fun Run is a single lap around Stanton Park.
