Care4 Breast Cancer 5K

The Care4 Breast Cancer Hybrid 5K is an annual event held at Woodstock North High School in Woodstock, Illinois. Celebrating its 25th year, the event offers a 5K run/walk for participants aged 12 and up, a kids' 5K for ages 5 to 11, and a virtual 5K option to complete anywhere. The race fosters a supportive and inspiring atmosphere, raising funds to support the Family Health Partnership Clinic's mission to provide breast cancer screenings, early diagnosis, preventive care, and education to uninsured adults in McHenry County.
