Carl's Fall Fest 5K

Carl's 5K and Fall Fest, held in Oxford, Iowa at the Iowa Farm Sanctuary grounds, blends a charity 5K with a family-friendly fall festival. The in-person Carl's 5K Run/Walk winds around the sanctuary, giving participants a 360-degree tour of the grounds as resident animals cheer them on; after finishing, attendees can visit residents and enjoy a treat. A self-timed virtual option is also available.

The event features a second annual Fall Fest with pumpkin-themed treats, cider, and pumpkin painting, inviting runners, walkers, strollers, and spectators alike.
