Carrboro 10k

The Carrboro 10K, held in Chapel Hill, NC, is part of the Carrboro 5K/10K event hosted at McDougle Middle School. The 10K race covers 6.2 miles, winding through downtown Carrboro and its neighborhoods before finishing on the McDougle track. This event also features a 5K race, newly added, with a 250-participant cap.

Both courses are USATF certified and designed to keep runners separated by running the 10K loop in reverse from previous years. Registration is competitively priced at $30, supporting local community charities. Unique pottery awards and specialty coffee are given to winners, with additional kids' races and a welcoming atmosphere for walkers and stroller users.
