Catskill Dry Brook Ridge Marathon

Located in the Catskill Mountains of New York, the Catskill Dry Brook Ridge Marathon offers three events: a Marathon, a Marathon Team Relay, and a Fiver. The race starts and finishes at The Ark Bowl & BBQ in Arkville, with a course that is flat to rolling, featuring one major incline at 7.9 miles that lasts about two miles. The marathon winds along rivers and through rural villages, churches, cemeteries, farms and woodlands.

The Team Relay uses four legs of 6.4, 3.7, 7.3 and 8.8 miles for 2–4 runners. Post-race festivities include bbq, live music and awards; Saturday pasta dinner and race shirts/medals add to the atmosphere. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
