CCC Day Run-Paddle Duathlon

The CCC Day Run-Paddle Duathlon, hosted by the Friends of Promised Land State Park, takes place at Promised Land State Park in Greentown, PA. This adult-only event features a 5k run along scenic North Shore Road and Pines Campground, followed by a 1-mile paddle on Promised Land Lake using a kayak, SUP, or canoe. Participants must wear a PFD and carry a safety whistle during the paddle.

The race offers a fun, timed experience showcasing the park's natural beauty. Registrants by July 20 receive an event shirt and finisher medal. Awards include handcrafted wood sculptures and medals by local artisans.
