Cedar River Triathlon

The Cedar River Triathlon, taking place on May 11, 2025, at Lake Wilderness in Maple Valley, WA, is an exciting early-season triathlon event. Participants will tackle a 1/4 mile swim in the scenic lake, followed by a 14-mile off-road bike ride along the Cedar River, and conclude with a 6k trail run. The event is timed and offers stunning views of the surrounding nature, including Mount Rainier.

All entrants receive a custom long sleeve technical T-shirt and other goodies, while finishers earn a medal. The event is open to paratriathletes and features a youth Splash n Dash for ages 7-15. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
